Methodist Hospitals Foundation Donates 1 Year of Supplies to Adult Rehabilitation Center in Gary - December 29, 2017

Methodist Hospitals Foundation announced today they have donated a one-year’s supply of daily living necessities to support the Northwest Indiana Salvation Army’s Adult Rehabilitation Center (ARC) in Gary. Officials reports items included: razors, shaving gel, lotion, deodorant, toothbrush and paste, slippers, combs, soap and shampoo – many items we all take for granted.

“Our contribution to the Northwest Indiana Salvation Army’s Adult Rehabilitation Center not only provides supplies for those served by the organization, but underscores our respect for the fine work that is carried out by the staff as they continue working to improve the lives of many. It is our privilege to support them again this year,” said Judy Lindsey, Executive Director of the Methodist Hospitals Foundation.

The Salvation Army’s Northwest Indiana Adult Rehabilitation Center located in Gary is a drug and alcohol rehabilitation program which provides spiritual, social, and emotional assistance for men who have lost the ability to cope with their problems and provide for themselves.
