As we continue to fight the COVID-19 virus, Methodist Hospitals is offering all of the quality healthcare you’re come to expect from us.

We’re making visiting Methodist Hospitals facilities, as well as your Methodist Physician Group doctors even safer. Our physicians, nurses and staff have embraced aggressive policies and procedures to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 at every Methodist Hospitals facility throughout Northwest Indiana.

If you suspect that you have COVID-19:

Call your primary care physician if you have symptoms consistent with the COVID-19 virus for instructions to safely receive care without exposing others.

Drive-thru Testing:

Those experiencing COVID-19 symptoms can be tested at our drive-thru testing locations at the Northlake and Southlake Emergency Departments.

Due to the recent increase in COVID-19 tests, Methodist Hospitals has implemented a new testing process at our Southlake Campus in Merrillville. Please follow the signs to our new drive through check-in tent. The tent is located in the parking lot on the north side of 87th Ave, across from Pavilion A. Download the map here. 

Your information will be collected and you will be given further instructions. When it is time for your test, a staff member will call you to proceed to the Emergency Department.
