Methodist Hospitals is pleased to announce Beth Sullivan as the new Executive Director Business Development, a newly created position that will ensure the development and achievement of the organizational mission and strategy through the effectiveness of all new business project plans and start-up. Ms. Sullivan will be responsible for coordinating the strategic planning process, translate strategic plan into new business opportunities, create program plans with stakeholder input, develop feasibility analysis and strategies for implementation.
Prior to joining Methodist, Beth was a senior business development and operations executive at St. James Hospital and Health Centers, where she was responsible for marketing, physician relations, strategic planning, and the Center for Bariatric Surgery.
Ms. Sullivan received her BSN from Marquette University and her JD, with honors, from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology. She is licensed in Illinois as a Registered Nurse and is admitted to the Illinois Bar. Her professional affiliations include memberships in several organizations including the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development. Beth has also served as a member of the Board of Directors for several not-for-profit organizations, the most recent of which was Heartland Alliance, an international human services organization that operates three corporate entities providing healthcare, housing, and socio-legal services.
