Raymond holds a B.S. from Indiana University. He is NIMS (National Incident Management System) and IAHSS certified and maintains memberships with American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) and International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators (IACLEA).

Ray holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from David N. Myers University, Cleveland, Ohio and has been awarded certification by the American Culinary Federation.
