Methodist Employees Receive Spirit Gram for Patient Service

Methodist employees from the health system’s Southlake Campus have received a Spirit Gram in March for their exemplary work.
Spirit Grams are awarded to a team of employees who work together and exemplify the system’s Corporate Values, ICARE, and go above and beyond their job responsibilities. ICARE represents Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence.

The mother of a recent patient contacted Methodist’s Southlake Campus to rave about the excellent service that was received during their hospital stay. The mother was very happy with the care she received, and also noted that the food was excellent. The mother felt every aspect of her care was excellent from the time she brought her daughter to the emergency room until the time they left.

The staff members who have received the Spirit Gram for excellent patient service are Diane Beukema, emergency room nurse; Debbie Cole, Daniella Feddler and Kelly Greer, nurses; Romielle Roper, social worker; and the Methodist Food Services team.

Methodist Hospitals recognizes their staff monthly by Awarding Spirit Awards to individual employees and Spirit Grams to teams of employees whom exemplify Methodists’ ICARE values.
