Jennifer Downs has accepted the position of Manager, Physician Recruitment for Methodist Hospitals. Downs has over 19 years of physician recruitment experience and attributes her success to having an unwavering plan.

"There must be a plan, a way to determine what the community needs, so you can set priorities that make sense," explained Downs.

In addition to recruiting, Downs will also be responsible for the practice evaluation process. In this role, Downs will advise physicians who are in need of recruiting about the timing and a specific process for adding a new member to their practice.
