Location Directions:
Hospital Auditorium - 8701 Broadway Merrillville, IN. Enter the hospital through the main lobby and proceed to the elevators. Take the elevator to the ground level and the auditorium is around the corner to the right.
CACS Conference Room - Center for Advanced Clinical Studies (CACS). 200 E 89th Ave Merrillville, IN 46410. CACS is located on the south side of The Methodist Hospitals. Enter the main entrance of the CACS building and the conference room is located on the left side of the reception area.
Holiday Inn, Shoreline Room - 5820 South Franklin Street. Michigan City, Indiana. The Holiday Inn Hotel of Michigan City is located one mile North of I-94 at exit 34B (US 421).

The weight loss surgery support group is for patients and their families before and after surgery. Our goal is to provide education and support for patients in a friendly, caring environment.
