The Diabetes Center at Methodist Hospitals Southlake and Midlake campuses helps you learn to control your diabetes, so diabetes doesn’t control you. Regardless if you’ve been recently diagnosed with diabetes or have had the condition for many years, The Diabetes Center at Methodist Hospitals will teach you how to control it and reduce your risk for long-term complications from Type 1 Diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes and Gestational Diabetes.
Recognized and certified by the American Diabetes Association, Medicare, Medicaid, and other commercial and private insurance providers, our program is designed for diabetics and their families. Our team of certified diabetes educators, registered dietitians, registered nurses, clinical pharmacists, and support staff work with your physician to help you achieve the best quality of life.

Appointments/Registration
The Diabetes Center at Methodist Hospitals is under the direction of Outpatient Services. You will need a written physician referral. This referral is also required to receive reimbursement from your insurance provider.
