Volunteers

Become a V.I.P…Volunteering in Partnership!

Our volunteers are a diverse group of individuals who dedicate their time and passion to Methodist Hospitals. They come from all walks of life but are united by a common desire to help others. From teens to seniors, they have chosen to become V.I.P’s— Volunteers In Partnership with Methodist Hospitals.

Our volunteers support the hospital’s goal of providing the very best care for our patients and their families. Helping is what they are all about … whether it’s supporting nurses and other staff in their work or just lending a hand to make a patient feel more comfortable… our volunteers are honored to help patients and their families face what can be difficult times.

As a volunteer, you will provide vital support and assist with many of the services that contribute to the care and comfort for our patients. Not only will you help others, you will gain a sense of accomplishment and pride. You will also have a chance to meet people of like mind and simply have fun doing it!

Our volunteers wear their pink, red and blue jackets proudly. If you want to make a difference in the lives of others, then we are holding a jacket just for you.
