“Methodist Hospitals will offer a robust menu of wellness programs at the Valpo YMCA. We are excited about this health care initiative, and we look forward to meeting and serving members of the Valparaiso community at this health fair,” said Ian McFadden, president and CEO of Methodist Hospitals.

The Health Fair will feature heart health screenings and other health and wellness screenings, such as Body Mass Index, grip strength, fall prevention and flexibility.
It will also offer cooking demonstrations that focus on healthy after-school snacks and creating heart-healthy meals.
