your employees must be on the job. We offer comprehensive, quality-driven
occupational health services designed to help you keep your most important
resource at work, so that you can compete in the marketplace.
Our Services
Include:
• Physical Exams
We provide a variety of physical exams, including pre-placement, executive,
DOT, CDL renewals, return to work and fitness for duty evaluations.
• Injury Care
Our physicians and nurse practitioners have extensive experience in
evaluating and caring for on-the-job injuries. We also provide follow-up
care and intensive case management to assure that your employees get
back to work in a timely manner.
• Drug and Alcohol Testing
To help you assure a drug free workplace, we can provide pre-placement,
DOT, random and reasonable suspicion substance abuse testing.
• Ancillary Testing/Screening
We can supplement your basic physical with a variety of tests, including
audiology exams, vision screenings, laboratory tests, and x-rays.
• Respirator Clearance
For employees who are required to wear respirators, our medical staff
can review OSHA respirator questionnaires, perform the appropriate diagnostic
testing (if necessary), and conduct quantitative fit testing for a variety
of respirators.
• Communicable Disease Prevention/Immunization Programs
We provide testing, education, and vaccination for a variety of communicable
diseases, including flu, pneumonia, Hepatitis, HIV, etc. We also provide
blood-borne pathogen training programs and bio-terrorism preparedness
consulting services.

Note: The Methodist Hospitals Emergency Department provides coverage
when the clinic is closed (evenings, weekends and holidays).
APPOINTMENTS
Appointments are appreciated but not required. In the event that an appointment is not feasible,
such as in the case of injuries or the need for an immediate pre-placement physical exam or drug test,
we request that you notify Occupation Health Services by phone prior to sending your employee to the clinic.
