Northwest Indiana Center for Bariatric Surgery Support Group
The Center for Bariatric Surgery support group is for patients and their families before and after surgery. Our goal is to provide education and support for patients in a friendly, caring environment. If you have any questions, please call us at 219-738-5617. We hope you can join us!
The Support Group meets on the first Monday of the month. Meetings are held at the from 5:00 p.m - 6:00 p.m.

Enter the Pavilion A located just west of the Southlake Campus entrance. From the lobby, take the elevators to the 4th floor. Make an immediate right off the elevator and the Center for Bariatric Surgery is located down the hall.
