Physical Therapist

Job Description:

As a Physical Therapist, you will provide evaluation of and treatment for patients referred to physical therapy. You will perform tests and measurements for evaluation, planning and implementing treatment plans, teaching patients and/or significant individuals. Effective communication is essential. Proficiency in functional assessment, documentation, training and clinical skills inventory are required.

Position requires a graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy. Indiana licensure required.
