Location Directions:
ReStart Center - 101 East 87th Ave., Ste 430, Merrillville, Indiana. Enter the Methodist Outpatient Diagnostic Center Building located just west of the Southlake Campus entrance. Enter the lobby and take the elevators to the 4th floor. Once off the elevator, make a quick right and The ReStart Center is located down the hall.
