Methodist Hospitals has once again teamed up with the Salvation Army to donate Angel Tree Gifts. This program collects and donates gifts to families with children who would be unable to receive presents on Christmas morning otherwise. Hospital staff members received an “Angel Child,” and donated gifts for him or her. The gifts were distributed to the families by the Salvation Army located in Gary, Indiana. The Salvation Army was overwhelmed with the 150 “Angel Child” gifts given by Methodist employees.
